I have read the Player Safety Policy and understand sessions are held only in public, visible locations, with pairs as the default format. I understand Coach Ryan will text me at the start and end of each session, will never give my player a ride, and that I am responsible for drop-off and pick-up. I give permission for my player to participate in Nonstop Athletics training. I understand soccer involves physical activity and some risk of injury, and I confirm my player is physically able to participate. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize Coach Ryan to call 911 and seek emergency medical care for my player. Optional: Nonstop Athletics may use photos or short video of my player in training for its website or social media. No names will be shared.
